We are members of the world’s largest sustainability network – the UN Global Compact
Kredinor is a member of UN Global Compact Norway, the world’s largest company initiative for sustainability and business. The network is comprised of companies from all over the world. These companies want to become beacons for sustainability and social responsibility. This membership gives us a good systematic framework for continuous sustainability efforts. The network is based on the principles of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. We will find sustainable solutions that have a positive impact on the planet, human beings, and value creation. This membership is a cornerstone of the continued sustainability efforts at Kredinor.
As a member of the UN Global Compact, we are committed to the ten principles for a responsible business, and to the measures we prioritise under the UN Sustainability Goals.
- Operate responsibly in accordance with the ten principles of the UN Global Compact.
- Work to include sustainability as part of the company’s culture and DNA
- Implement measures that support human beings and our society
- Report annually to the UN on results and our ongoing efforts
- Engage in the local community and in various parts of Norway where our offices are located
