Kredinor is a cooperatively owned debt collection company, whose members are drawn from the entire breadth of Norwegian business life and the public sector. Our clients also become member companies. Kredinor’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) elects representatives to serve on the company’s board of directors. The AGM also lays down certain strategic and operational guidelines. The board appoints Kredinor’s CEO, who then selects the company’s senior management team.
