This tool provides a unique basis for making decisions on credit management, including a full general and detailed overview of the customer’s subsidiary ledger and payment behaviour. It has useful functions for segmentation, drill-down and exporting. The solution offers easy access to customer data, which provides complete control over the customer portfolio.

Intuitive and straightforward
The Kredinor Financial Analysis Department, which manages Norway’s largest payer database, was responsible for the development of Kredinor Innsikt. They made this tool so intuitive and straightforward that it is easy for all of our clients to use. Now that the tool is in use, it will continue to develop.
“Our clients are all different and have different needs, which is why we will continue to develop new versions. The whole idea of this first version is to make it easy to apply and to use. We have also produced a number of brief introduction videos for each module,” says Jo Fjeldstad.
