Newsflash! Kredinor Innsikt – for better credit management

We are now launching the dashboard solution Kredinor Innsikt, with the aim of improving customer insight and providing better credit management for those who use our solutions for invoicing and subsidiary ledgers. This tool is one of our login solutions at Kredinor Online. It is easy to use, and it ensures added value when used over time.

“We are proud to launch Kredinor Innsikt, where all relevant subsidiary ledgers and invoicing details are presented in the data visualisation tool Microsoft Power BI in a dynamic and intuitive manner,” says Siri Jensen, Head of Invoicing Services at Kredinor.

Complete overview of your customer portfolio

Data is extracted from Kredinor’s data warehouse and uploaded to the dashboard/screen. This tool provides a unique basis for making decisions on credit management, including a full general and detailed overview of the customer’s subsidiary ledger and payment behaviour. It has useful functions for segmentation, drill-down and exporting. The solution offers easy access to customer data, which provides complete control over the customer portfolio.

“We have done our utmost to create a tool that provides insight and that can be used by all of our clients, regardless of whether they work in a law firm or sell broadband services,” says Jo Fjeldstad, head of sales and financial concepts at Kredinor.

Advantages of Kredinor Innsikt

  • Improved insight – at a general and detailed level
  • Support that can help minimise loss and increase profitability
  • Basis for better processes
  • Ideas for customer development and customer closure
  • Business-related benefits for the client

Intuitive and straightforward

The Kredinor Financial Analysis Department, which manages Norway’s largest payer database, was responsible for the development of Kredinor Innsikt. They made this tool so intuitive and straightforward that it is easy for all of our clients to use.  Now that the tool is in use, it will continue to develop.

“Our clients are all different and have different needs, which is why we will continue to develop new versions. The whole idea of this first version is to make it easy to apply and to use. We have also produced a number of brief introduction videos for each module,” says Jo Fjeldstad.
